As someone who’s passionate about connection, collaboration, and championing women in business, I’m absolutely delighted to announce that I’ll be speaking at MBH’s very first Women in Business networking event this November!
Taking place on Wednesday 12th November at the beautiful Piccolino Caffè Grande in Manchester, this event promises to be a morning filled with inspiration, empowerment, and meaningful connections, all within one of the North West’s most vibrant business communities.

I’ll be joining the wonderful Hedi Shah, a bodyworker, mindfulness teacher and creator, who will guide us through a unique and uplifting group exercise that helps reconnect body and mind. Together, we’ll explore themes of resilience, self-belief, and the power of community.
